Hey there,

I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE I BELIEVE PEOPLE HAVE THE STRENGTH TO GROW THROUGH ANYTHING.

As a counselor, I’m dedicated to understanding each person as a truly unique individual. I believe that anyone can benefit from counseling, and I’m passionate about empowering people to develop insight, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful change. Just as everything in nature grows through cycles of challenge and transformation, I see adversity as an opportunity for personal growth and deeper self-connection. I work with college students, adults, and couples navigating a range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, life transitions, and goal setting.

My therapeutic style is integrative and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Therapy, mindfulness, and ecotherapy. I believe healing happens not just in the mind, but through connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world.

In addition to traditional therapy methods, I also work with clients who are drawn to spiritual or nature-based practices as part of their healing. I incorporate tools such as intention-setting, tarot, and guided imagery to support reflection, insight, and emotional growth. These approaches are used thoughtfully and respectfully, always grounded in clinical intention and aligned with the client’s values and preferences.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family and our beloved cats, tending to my garden, or out on the trails collecting wildflowers and just soaking in the natural world. I love being in nature—whether it’s hiking, digging in the dirt, or simply noticing the small, beautiful details of the day. I also enjoy collecting crystals, working with intention, and finding ways to make the mundane feel magical. These practices keep me grounded and inspired, and they often inform the way I show up in my work with clients.

Education: I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University.
