Hey there,

I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF HONORING EVERY CHAPTER OF YOUR STORY - THE PAST ERAS THAT SHAPED YOU, THE ONE YOU’RE LIVING NOW, AND THE ONE YOU HAVEN’T YET STEPPED INTO.

My goal is to hold space for all of it: the heartbreak, the healing, the growth, and the quiet magic in between. As a therapist, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are — no need to perform or edit yourself. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we’ll draw on your strengths to create strategies that help you move forward. I’m here to walk beside you while you navigate change, reclaim your voice, and step into your next Era with intention and self-trust.

My counseling style is eclectic and person-centered, blending approaches to meet your unique needs. I lead with empathy, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. Whether you’re navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, midlife transitions, divorce, the intense demands of being a healthcare provider, everyday stressors or relationships conflicts piling up, I’m here to help you find clarity, balance, and confidence. My own decade of experience in healthcare means I deeply understand the challenges of caring for others while trying to care for yourself.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me cheering on my son as he plays lacrosse for Michigan State University — a journey that’s given me plenty of adventures (and maybe a few long car rides with good playlists). At home, I’m happily ruled by my two cats, Cookie and Oreo. I love escaping up north to our family cabin, curling up with a good book, taking walks with a thought-provoking podcast, or binge-watching a comfort show. And yes — I’m a proud Swiftie, so don’t be surprised if a Taylor lyric finds its way into our conversations when it fits just right.

Education: I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Studies at Siena Heights University. I also hold an Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology from Lansing Community College.
