Hey there,

MY GOAL IS TO BECOME A THERAPIST WHO PROVIDES A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE SPACE FOR INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING THE STRESS THAT COMES WITH GROWING UP, GOING THROUGH TRANSITIONAL PERIODS, OR THROUGH PERSONAL CHALLENGES - ENCOURAGING GROWTH, HEALING, AND SELF-DISCOVERY ALONG THE WAY.

I believe it is essential to have someone you can trust to listen, guide, encourage, validate, and sometimes challenge you as you navigate all that life brings. Starting therapy can be intimidating, and I am ready to work with you at your own pace to find comfort and confidence as you open up. Therefore, I invite many types of expression and communication, such as relevant or meaningful music, crafts, books and movies that might help you convey your feelings or experiences in our sessions. I will strive to meet your own unique needs throughout our time together as I support you on your self-exploration and healing journey.

I am passionate about working with pre-teens, teens and young adults as they work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, academic stress, divorce, and other life transitions. In practice, I utilize evidence-based practice models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy, as well as play therapy and art therapy.

Education: I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at MSU, and am currently in the Master of Social Work program at MSU. When I’m not working, I am often baking, reading, taking photos, and traveling. I love to be on the go and experiencing new things!
