Hey there,

I CHOSE TO BECOME A THERAPIST BECAUSE I BELIEVE EVERYONE DESERVES TO FEEL SEEN.

It can be easy to feel like you have to navigate your struggles alone. However, I believe that having even one person who is willing to listen can make a meaningful difference. In our sessions, I hope to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind—and, hopefully, feel a little less alone along the way.

I am passionate about working with kids, teens, and adults experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and substance use disorders, as well as neurodivergent individuals. I strive to take a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling, creating space for all aspects of your identity and exploring how they come together to shape your experiences. I hope to draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, while tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals.

When I am not working, I enjoy reading, thrifting, and spending time with my cats.

Education: I received a B.S. in Neuroscience and a B.S. in Psychology from Michigan State University. I am currently in my second year at Michigan State University, completing my M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling.
