Hey there,
I BECAME A THERAPIST TO HELP PEOPLE BECOME THE BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES.
BUT sometimes becoming a masterpiece can get messy. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to embrace, sort out, and heal from life’s messes. Because every person is unique, I tailor my counseling approach to meet the needs of each client. Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, solution-Focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed practices are a few of the approaches I utilize during counseling sessions.
In my practice, I see very young children through adulthood, as well as families. I specialize in treating parenting concerns, bond and attachment issues, infant-mental health, life transitions, anxiety, depression, peripartum mood disorders, neurodivergence, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship concerns.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my three children and practicing yoga when I can. My children and I love playing outside, being silly, and playing games together.
Education: I earned my first Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University with a focus on marriage and the family. I earned my second Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Spring Arbor University.
