Hey There,

In therapy with me, you can expect a strong, trusting relationship grounded in respect, compassion, and collaboration. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, with emphasis on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. I believe therapy works best when individuals are empowered to build on their existing strengths while developing new skills to navigate life’s challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical and community-based settings. These experiences have shaped a holistic, systems-informed perspective and deepened my commitment to compassionate, individualized care.

I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing. I value authenticity, collaboration, and cultural humility, and strive to meet clients where they are while supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

Therapy with me is collaborative, structured when helpful, and always tailored to your unique goals and lived experiences. Depending on your needs, therapy may include:

  • Developing practical skills for identifying and managing emotions, tolerating distress, strengthening relationships and communication, and increasing self-compassion.

  • Gently and safely approaching difficult or avoided experiences to reduce fear, shame, and avoidance over time.

  • Identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors while building healthier coping strategies.

  • Exploring different “parts” of yourself with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand internal conflicts and develop greater self-leadership.

  • Clarifying your personal values and learning to take meaningful action, even in the presence of difficult emotions.

  • Exploring what motivates you toward change while strengthening autonomy, confidence, and trust in your own ability to move forward at your own pace.

Throughout our work together, I prioritize safety, collaboration, and empowerment. My goal is to help you feel supported while developing insight, resilience, and practical skills that extend beyond the therapy room.
