Hey there,

I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE LIKE THE LOTUS FLOWER THAT RISES FROM THE MUD AND RADIATES BEAUTY INTO THE WORLD, I BELIEVE YOU HAVE THAT SAME ABILITY.

My main speciality is in working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, which is also my reason for becoming a therapist. Whether you are grieving the death of a child or a loved one, a career, or a relationship, all of these hardships in life can be debilitating. I believe that grief is a journey, and I want to be there for you without judgement, to support you and guide you through the healing process. I also specialize in working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

Through life’s challenges, I will walk by your side and remind you of the love and resilience within you.  Every person is unique, and your lived experiences shape the person you are today. I believe in a mind, body, spirit, holistic approach to therapy. You are the expert in your life, and the approach we take will depend on your unique goals of therapy.

Outside of being a therapist I love traveling, cooking, being out in nature and spending time with family and friends.

Education: I received my Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State. I am also in the process of obtaining yoga teacher certification.
