Hey there,

I BECAME A THERAPIST TO HELP PEOPLE BREAK HARMFUL CYCLES, RE-WRITE NARRATIVES, CONNECT IN HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, & ULTIMATELY HEAL INTO THE MOST AUTHENTIC VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES.

Coming to therapy can seem like a daunting prospect, yet it is one of the most powerfully vulnerable things one can do for themselves, their relationships, and/or family. I believe therapy should be a service shared proactively and with early intervention in mind. In my therapy space, you can count on being seen, heard, validated, and when necessary, challenged. You can count on space held for you and chances to explore all your greatest desires, fears, dreams, traumas, needs, possibilities, and potentialities. This is a space to embrace that two things can be true at once: you can accept yourself as you are while also doing what it takes to make the changes you wish to see in your life.

I consider myself a person-centered, attachment-based, and systematic therapist. The vibe that I bring to the session is one of compassion, reflective listening, empathy, humor, advocacy, depth, and curiosity. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and will always aim to make sessions specifically tailored to your needs as they ebb & flow throughout the therapeutic process. I welcome constructive feedback and will often check-in to make sure that your therapy is going in the direction that works best for you.

The populations that I work with range from children to adults, and I am passionate about relationship work. I have years of experience working with children, and adore their energetic, creative, and sensitive souls. On the other hand, I love working with older populations and having more in-depth verbal explorations of emotions and mental health concerns. My areas of specialization and particular interest include Anxiety, OCD, Intergenerational Trauma, Attachment, Couples, Perfectionism, and Self-Compassion. I consider myself a multi-modal therapist, and the modalities I most often pull from are Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy/The Human Validation Process Model, and the Gottman Method for Couples.

Outside of therapy, I spend my time with my Husband and our kitten, Evie, in our cozy home. I also pursue my other passion as a performing artist in musical theatre (I definitely consider myself a multi-hyphenate!). Outside of these things, I love listening to music, reading on my kindle, doing any relaxing activity, spending time in nature, participating in my own therapy, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and it is important to do it with a therapist that you feel will fit your needs and vibe with you. If you think that we might be a good fit, I would be honored to embark on this healing process with you. Wishing you love & light!

Education: I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Mental Health from Southern New Hampshire University in 2022 and my Master of Clinical Social Work degree (MSW) from Michigan State University in 2025.
