Hey there,
I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE I KNOW THE FEELING WHEN THAT ONE PERSON GENUINELY AND AUTHENTICALLY ACCEPTS YOU WITHOUT JUDGEMENT.
In my role as a counselor, I have a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, creativity, and connection. I work with a broad range of clients—children, teens, college students, and adults.
While much of my experience has been with kids and teens, I also have a strong passion for working with college-aged individuals, adults, and those navigating significant adjustments, such as moving, relationship changes/conflict, or career transitions. I’m a fun-loving, empathetic, intentional person who is sensitive to the emotions and experiences of others—and I bring that attunement into every session.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based, and deeply collaborative. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, and art-based interventions. I’m a creative soul, so I love weaving art, imagination, and even therapeutic homework if applicable into our work together to make sessions both meaningful and engaging.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, life adjustments, trauma, OCD, women’s issues, and supporting individuals through divorce, identity development, and emotional regulation. I have experience working with and affirming members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for all.
Whether we’re meeting in person or through telehealth, my goal is to meet you where you are—offering support, validation, and genuine connection. I want my clients to feel seen, heard, and at home during our time together.
