Hey there,
MY GOAL IS TO CREATE A WARM, SAFE SPACE WHERE YOU CAN SHOW UP JUST AS YOU ARE - NO MASKS, NO JUDGMENT.
We’ll take the time to slow down, make sense of what’s coming up for you, and build skills that feel doable and genuinely helpful. I want to truly understand who you are, what matters most to you, and what you’re carrying right now. We can sit with the hard stuff and still find space to laugh along the way.
I enjoy working with individuals, particularly young adults, who are navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, religious deconstruction, or healing from trauma and abuse. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and I’ll always adjust based on what works best for you.
When I’m not working, I'm probably out on some kind of adventure with my two little kids and my partner, or laughing with friends. I love getting lost in a good book, baking plant-based treats, and being by the water whenever I can.
Education: I received my Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
